  • 1 pound mushrooms sliced
  • sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons fresh oregano chopped

These Keto Sautéed Garlic Mushrooms are cooked down until soft and savory, with a garlicky richness that makes them hard to resist.

Instructions

  • In skillet over medium-high heat, melt ⅓ cup butter. Add 3 teaspoons fresh garlic.
  • Add 1 pound cherry tomatoes and 1 pound mushrooms. Then, season with sea salt and black pepper to taste and 2 teaspoons fresh oregano.
  • Allow mixture to simmer for about 8 to 10 minutes until tender.
  • Remove from heat and enjoy!
