Ingredients

  • cup butter
  • 3 teaspoons fresh garlic minced
  • 1 pound cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pound mushrooms sliced
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons fresh oregano chopped

Instructions

  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt ⅓ cup butter. Add 3 teaspoons fresh garlic.
  • Add 1 pound cherry tomatoes and 1 pound mushrooms and season with Sea salt and black pepper to taste. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 8 to 10 minutes.
  • When mushrooms and tomatoes are tender, add 2 teaspoons fresh oregano and allow to simmer for 1 to 2 more minutes. Remove from heat and enjoy!
