Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
- In large bowl combine ยฝ cup Parmesan cheese, ยฝ cup heavy whipping cream, 8 ounces cream cheese, ยฝ teaspoon basil, ยฝ teaspoon salt, ยฝ cup yellow onion, 16 ounces cauliflower florets, 1 cup spinach, 2 tablespoons garlic, and 2ยฝ cups chickenReserve half of 1ยฝ cups mozzarella cheese to top casserole.ยฝ cup Parmesan cheese, ยฝ cup heavy whipping cream, 8 ounces cream cheese, ยฝ teaspoon basil, ยฝ teaspoon salt, ยฝ cup yellow onion, 16 ounces cauliflower florets, 1 cup spinach, 2 tablespoons garlic, 2ยฝ cups chicken, 1ยฝ cups mozzarella cheese
- Place mixture in 8 x 12โ baking casserole and top with remainder of cheese. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown on top.
