Baked until golden and bubbly, this Keto Flank Steak with Cauliflower and Broccoli Gratin combines tender vegetables and rich cheese for a restaurant-quality dinner at home.
Instructions
Gratin:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C. Line 4 x 8โ baking pan with parchment.

- Pour gratin mixture into lined baking pan. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
Steak:

- Add 2 tablespoons olive oil to medium-high heat saucepan, then sear steak on both sides.2 tablespoons olive oil
- Remove steak from heat once desired temperature is reached. Save pan with oil and juices.
Pan Sauce:
