Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • cups cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup cauliflower chopped
  • 2.4 ounces tuna canned, drained
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
  • 1 ounce mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to pan, turn to medium-high heat. Once pan is hot, add 1½ cups cabbage and 1 cup cauliflower . Sauté on medium-high for 5 to 7 minutes until cauliflower gets a little golden.
