  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons erythritol powdered

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 175 degrees C.
  • Combine 2 ounces cream cheese, 2 tablespoons butter , and 2 eggs in food processor and blend on high for 30 seconds.

  • Pour mixture into oven-safe dish.  Incorporate 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon and 2 teaspoons erythritol.

  • Top with berries and keto-friendly whipped cream – which is just whipped heavy whipping cream with some keto-friendly sweetener.
