Instructions

In a mason jar, or any container with a lid add ½ cup coconut milk (from can).

Add 1 cup vanilla almond milk.

Add ½ cup chia seeds (whole).

Add 2 tablespoons cocoa powder and 1 tablespoon erythritol.

Add 5-6 drops stevia.

Shake or mix well.

Let set overnight or for at least 5-6 hours.

Garnish with coconut flakes, pecans, or keto-friendly chocolate (we used Lily’s for this recipe).
