Whether you’re vegan or just in the mood for a chocolate treat you can prep ahead, this chia pudding makes it almost too easy. It thickens overnight into a smooth, cocoa-rich bite that’s ready whenever you are.
In mason jar, or any container with lid, add ½ cup coconut milk, 1 cup vanilla almond milk, ½ cup chia seeds, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon erythritol, and 6 drops stevia.
