Ingredients

Pudding

  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk unsweetened
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon erythritol
  • 6 drops stevia

Garnish

  • coconut flakes

Instructions

  • In mason jar, or any container with lid, add ½ cup coconut milk, 1 cup vanilla almond milk, ½ cup chia seeds, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon erythritol, and 6 drops stevia.
