Instructions

- In saucepot, add 2 cups avocado oil. Over medium heat, bring temperature up to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C using meat thermometer to check.2 cups avocado oil
- Using tablespoon sized scooper, add mixture to oil.
- Cook until golden brown on outside and done inside. If Hush Puppies are still raw on inside, finish cooking them in oven at 400 degrees F / 204 degrees C, to avoid burn them.
