Works for me. I just wanted a way control my cravings for cookies and overeating. This is actually abundantly more than just that. I lost 10 lbs on my second week. On my first week I cheated so much, it does not count, I was learning. I seriously considered it when I ate 1 meal in one day and did not feel hungry. I notice health improvements every day. I am loosing weigt faster, I just started my third week.
