Super excellent helping so much. Feeling great. Thank you Doctor Berg!!!
Dr. Berg is a true healer. Following his advice, I understood – and with time, fixed – issues that plagued me for nearly all my life. On top of that, I lost nearly 1/4 of my body weight in fat and I’m still going. He is very knowledgable in his profession. His advice put light on issues I didn’t know I had and connected them to causes no other doctor attempted in the course of my life. I can only recommend anyone who is in the area to go to his clinic and experience this themselves.
Clear, concise delivery of the science behind the guidance for healthy living. Most concepts are listed out in detail for the videos with links to the source research for those who want a deeper dive.
I have been following Dr. Berg on You Tube for almost a month. I have learned so much about Type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance, diet, other disease processes. I’m very grateful to have found him. On Nov 9 2017 I went to my Doctor and had an A1C of 11.3, outrageous I thought. But they took it in the office and it was 306. My A1C has been running between 6.2-6.4 for several years. I was scared and overwhelmed. I knew I would immediately go on a low carb diet of 20 carbs or less, cut all sugar, starches etc. My Doctor added glipizide 10mg twice a day along with Metformin 1000mg bid and Byetta 10mg injections bid. Within a week I was having low blood sugars from the glipizide so about a week and a half I cut it down to 5 mg bid. I continued to have low blood sugars 61, 57 during the day and was reluctant to do any intermittent fasting because of this. I talked with my doctor Monday and the glipizide has been stopped. I’ve lost 12 lbs this month and have started intermittent fasting most days. If I’m hungry I don’t do this. I’m looking forward to other improvements and find I’m usually not hungry and since I only eat when hungry I ask myself that question. Btw I’m 71 years old so you can still lose weight in your oldish age.
Very informative.
I love this guy! I am losing weight, and feel amazing!
