I highly recommend the information and priducts offered by Dr. Berg. I was unable to lose weight for about 6 months even though I was eating very little and working out every day. Since starting intermittent fasting, I have already lost 10 pounds and I am still losing about 1 to 1 1/2 pounds/week. I am eating 2 meals/day- low carb, medium meat, about 3-4 oz, and healthy fat. Specifically, I drink one cup of coffee in the morning, drink a glass of apple cider vinegar water, and a small dose of organic wheatgrass juice powder . I also take vitamins. I have at least one kale smoothie per day, and one large salad. I am so grateful to finally be losing weight. I was so frustrated that I have spent so much money going to ““ doctors” who told me everything’s fine, I knew that it was not fine when I knew how strict I was with eating healthy and I was not losing weight. I am also using Dr. Betgs trace minerals, and his superfood greens supplements I take 2 capsules two times a day.
