Thank God i found you. Also your help on what to do. My hair was falling out for last 2 years. Nothing worked until I watched his videos about nutritional health and supplements!!!

Before Dr. Berg I was on many many medications and living in a vicious circle of unhealthiness. Now between the diet changes and symptom videos I have cut out nearly all my medical issues. The food I was consuming was making me sick and the meds for being sick were adding side effects. I’m so glad I found Dr. Berg he has changed my life. A changed diet is a wonderful start but don’t forget to add exercise in to your daily life.

Dr. Berg’s You Tube videos are phenomenal! He has cutting edge knowledge on diet and health. He’s super personal, professional and offers solutions to many health concerns. Love you Dr. B!

Weight loss was never a easy task until I started following Dr. Berg… know what??.. I have hypothyroidism and on Thyronorm 100 mcg, but still my weight is melting 200 gm/day with a very sedentary lifestyle(no walk, no workout, I am very lazy). Believe me, I have lost 9+ kilos in the span of 2 months. I feel so good n motivated when people are noticing the changes happening n appreciating. I am yet to lose 12-15+ kilos. Now that I have adapted to Keto+IF, I no more consider it as diet, but rather a lifestyle modification forever!! Thank you Dr. Berg…. you made my life!!
