His videos alone have helped me lose 40lbs in 6 months and get my insulin resistance in control. Something that 15 years of doctors and prescriptions and thousands of dollars have not ben able to.
Amazing and Brilliant, changing my life as I write this. The understanding I have of my body and what it needs has blown my mind. My mental acuity has increased tremendously. I will forever watch and rewatch all his free videos.
