Dr. Berg is amazing

His videos are so clear that even I, a non-native English speaker, can understand it.

Dr Berg is really great, been a mentor in my journey on Keto diet, could not have done it without his help. Constantly go to his youtube videos for reference on various issues regularly. He’s got these incredible websites where people like me go to, to discuss our problems, successes, or any issues we are stuck with. Amazing work! I am a fan and I’m 65 years old!

I haven’t been to his clinic, but I have started a diet plan based on his YouTube videos and have seen an improvement in my health, energy, and am losing weight. So far so good.

The information was understandable and quite user-friendly.

I haven’t been in Dr. Berg Office but I do have been watching his videos in youtube an applying the information and resources about Keto diet and IF. It seems he got answer for all my questions.

Dr. Eric Berg really knows his thing. You will never end watching a video without learning something. He is very precise and clear so it is easy to get it.

I found him searching help for my digestion issues like extreme bloating, constipation, burping and abdominal pain. A month after.I can say I am 95% better based in Dr. Berg’s program. Plus, I have lost 9 pounds.
