Experienced medical doctor who explains very well what the real cause of medical problems are! If you learn the true reasons for your medical problem it is easy to find a solution. I find his advice really works for me! Thank you, Dr. Berg! 🙂

I have really learned so much from you Dr Berg. I had been in a 3 meals diet for two weeks and then tried to stick with the pattern. That has now helped me with the intermitten fasting to adapt quicker. Many of the stuff you share are so true in my case. I really appreciate all of your help. And everyone out there I want to say this: perhaps not everything Dr B says is your case , or gonna work in your case ; but at least one of his videos can definitely help you out. So do not just go and quit watching, go through the whole library and let him help you.

I’m on the keto diet to lower my blood sugar. He recommends gradually decrease the number of meals we eat. I already eat only two meals day been doing that for years. So according to his theory of fasting, I will eventually have to stop eating altogether! Isn’t that dangerous?
