I love dr. Berg, he teaches what he knows and YOU make your own decisions. I have learned so much. His voice is calming, so you never get bored .

He keeps his videos on topic and brings the topics to you in small but full of information pieces. I have heard much of the things he talks about before but it never stuck with me because I didn’t totally understand it.
