Very informative and easy to understand!!

After been introduced to the Keto diet i found DR Berg … He explain a lot on his videos and encourage me to start a new episode on my life . After 8 months of ketogenig Diet ( live stile) i feel and look much better

so fari lost over 4 stones and went from 42 to 34 on the jeans
