Dr Berg’s videos have become a valuable source of information for me. He explains things for the layperson and has the information on his whiteboard typically, so you can follow along. He occasionally promotes his own products, but unlike many others, it is not the primary focus, and is not promoted as “the only” or “the best” way.

To put it plain: Dr. Berg deserves 10 points out of 5 😉 I wish my doc were of the kind like Dr. Berg. Finaly a doc that goes like: “Find the cause and answer to it (try natural things, the right food/Diet,Vitamin, Mineral, Massage)” and not “Bomb only the symptoms with another handfull of meds”.

He explains what goes on, how the body works, why it does what it does in a informative, understandable way and gives Info how the right diet/natural remedy can help to improve a condition.

There are lots of Videos from him to find and soo much to learn from.
