REVIEW BASED ON YOU TUBE VIDEOS. Dr. Berg saved my time and money (and lots of possible health issuies). He explains things in really easy way and from the point of view what human cells needs and how they works. I have lost over 40 lbs in few months, mainly thanks to his advice. I am passing his knowledge to my friends.

Dr. Berg, aside from taking the time to better explain things, he does his research well, he might not be the guy that finds the information, but he is well studied before posting a video.
