Dr. Berg and his knowledge of the human body and Healthy Keto that he is sharing through YouTube, has helped me balance my hormones and lose the extra 30 lbs I was carrying due to menopause (in 3 months!). I can’t say thank you enough. Not only has he helped me but I have shared his knowledge now with almost 100 people via FB. People’s lives are being changed for the better.

I have watched so many videos of Dr Berg. The videos are short to the point. I started IF after watching his videos. Thank you Dr Berg.

I have learned so much from Dr. Be rg’s YouTube videos about nutrition and how our bodies use it. I’m subscribed to his channel and plan to stay subscribed as I keep learning more and more from him.
