I just about live on Dr. BERG’S Youtube Channel. It is filled with a wealth of information that has unlocked the mystifying door of age and weight loss as well as understanding the specifics of maintaining overall general good health!

I really don’t know what I would do without Dr Berg and the ketogenic lifestyle! His videos contain so much great information in such simple terms.
