Almost Daily here in the UK we are advised by “experts” what to eat, what makes us fat etc. This guy gives good information, in a non patronizing fashion, but also explains various topics in an interesting and easy to understand way. Trying to change dietary and lifestyle choices is surely a better way to avoid certain illnesses, rather than just “treat” symptoms.
Dr. Berg is the best!! He is so knowledgeable yet is able to explain everything in way that is easily understood. I have complete confidence in his advice and recommend his videos to anyone who will listen!

There are a lot of quacks and kooks on the internet these days. Without doing a bit of independent research on your own to weed-out the wheat from the chaff, so to speak, one can find one’s self going down some weird rabbit holes. I have been researching and studying many fads and diets and theories about health and weight loss, and have come across many of the latest and greatest fads out there. I have a background in biology and chemistry as well as anatomy/physiology. My knowledge is quite basic, as it is only from college level courses. But with that knowledge one gains the ability to at least be able to detect B.S. when it is being preached. Generally, if one takes the effort to do their own research, it becomes fairly easy to determine if something passes the smell test. I will say up-front, that Dr. Eric Berg passes the smell test. You can take the data he espouses and do additional research and come to your own conclusions. But you will find he has done his homework. He knows more about bio-chemistry and physiology than many others who claim to be experts. Dr. Berg’s ideas can easily be confirmed by doing YOUR own homework. He, fortunately, is one of the best resources for fitness and nutrition I have discovered. So, you don’t have to take my word, do your own research and use your own intellect and you will discover, as I have, that he knows about that which he teaches. He is almost encyclopedic in my opinion.
