I just learned so much from Dr. Berg recently that I just don’t know where to start. The information seems legit and the explanations are detailed and easy to follow. I don’t know if it will work for everyone but does it work for me? One year after I started changing the lifestyle, colds that were usual before, just seem to be gone now. And the most amazing thing? No pills or any product other than the natural ones you can find in your market. I just wish I got this information earlier. Thanks Dr.Berg and YouTube for helping me having a better life.

He makes short videos – describing a particular aspect of how our bodies work or why some food affects us for the better / worse. He gives a lot of information gained through experience. I find his videos most refreshing because he tells it like it is. He is one of a small handful of people who I trust to give good, helpful information.
