Dr. Berg has been providing top notch health related information FREE for many years.
He does not push his products, he may mention them at times, but the thing that attracted me to him was his genuine desire to provide true useable data to anyone wishing to improve their health. The products he has created work. I’ve tried adrenal formula and it reallyhelped me sleep during a period of stress. I use that product regularly. I also find the wheat grass powder he sells the best anywhere and I’ve tried many types.
I’ve referred him to family and friends over the years and have received their thanks for connecting me with him.
Check the vast catalogue of information he has made available on YouTube. I’m sure you’ll find value in it.
I have followed Dr Berg’s advise, and my God … He is right. Sugar is really bad for my health, and I have started to feel so much better since I started staying away from it and have started to walk, I am less depressed and less anxious. I am eating lots of organic kale and spinach, free range eggs I buy from a neighbor, and wild caught fish. There is hope for me. I don’t have to become diabetic and I don’t have to be on antidepressants anymore. Thank you Dr Berg. You have saved me a lifetime of pain and suffering!! God bless you!!!

Since I’ve started watching Eric’s videos I’m getting better comprehensive knowledge that I can apply to bodybuilding as well as general healthy eating. The videos are easy to understand even for those who’s native language isn’t English.

Everything that Dr. Berg has said in his videos has helped me loose weight and stay cold and virus free for 7 months. I usually get a cold or some type of sickness every 2-3 months. It was ridiculous. Since June of 2016 I’ve lost 35lbs. I’m writing this review the weekend after thanksgiving 2016. He backs up all of his research with scientific fact. There’s a lot information out there. Do your own research.

I am from Cambodia, thank to YouTube, I was able to watched his lost weight video and practice specifically on “extremely low carb diet”… Took mainly vegetable plus a little oil and protein.. I lost 6 kgs in 5 weeks without even exercise (intentionally do not do exercise, just to experiment if the theory is correct). from 95 kg to 89.5 kg this morning. I am in the category of obesity which would lead to diabetes. after more or less 10 years of trying and nothing really work, now I have hope and very confident that I can manage to stay healthy which would result in losing weight “healthy to lost weight” concept. I really enjoy Dr. Berg’s videos and the information is helpful. Also, much of the information works like an addendum to The 7 Principles … and the Adrenal Kindle book.
Also, when I contacted the office and asked for a certain topic to be addressed in a video, I was delighted to see that happen and it has been very helpful in guiding me to make a medical choice that is running parallel to the diet.
I would really like tips on fasting. Fasting is mentioned in several videos, but not the mechanics; just to skip a meal. In other words, if one fasts, should one reduce the total day’s intake by one entire meal: less greens, less protein, less fat? Or does one double up on those at another meal? Or just double up on the greens? Or … ?
