Getting lot of informations about our body science in simple language..really changed the way about diet and food..please keep doing..
I am from Cambodia, thank to YouTube, I was able to watched his lost weight video and practice specifically on “extremely low carb diet”… Took mainly vegetable plus a little oil and protein.. I lost 6 kgs in 5 weeks without even exercise (intentionally do not do exercise, just to experiment if the theory is correct). from 95 kg to 89.5 kg this morning. I am in the category of obesity which would lead to diabetes. after more or less 10 years of trying and nothing really work, now I have hope and very confident that I can manage to stay healthy which would result in losing weight “healthy to lost weight” concept. I really enjoy Dr. Berg’s videos and the information is helpful. Also, much of the information works like an addendum to The 7 Principles … and the Adrenal Kindle book.
Also, when I contacted the office and asked for a certain topic to be addressed in a video, I was delighted to see that happen and it has been very helpful in guiding me to make a medical choice that is running parallel to the diet.
I would really like tips on fasting. Fasting is mentioned in several videos, but not the mechanics; just to skip a meal. In other words, if one fasts, should one reduce the total day’s intake by one entire meal: less greens, less protein, less fat? Or does one double up on those at another meal? Or just double up on the greens? Or … ?

Dr. Berg is an excellent teacher. I love his philosophy of asking why and getting to the root of the problem. I also love the fact that he doesn’t pander pharmaceuticals or surgery as the mainstream medical establishment does. I’ve learned so much about how the bodies systems interact and require balance. You are in good hands with Dr. Berg.
Dr. Berg gets how most people’s bodies work. Having had his own issues, the number one thing he will tell you, that your mother will tell you is to eat your vegetables. But most of us can’t do the whole thing on our own and his videos, staff, books all teach you WHY something is done, HOW it affects you and this gives you motivation to be nicer to yourself and do some self care.
Much of the information that are golden nuggets are found within his videos. He may have a topic of the Gall Bladder for instance, and then he’ll make what seems like a tiny aside, and that can change your whole life.
His use of adaptogenic herbs are critical in addressing stress that we all know is too much for us. He doesn’t push these herbs on you, just makes them available as a service because the office wants you to succeed.
The accupressure is another part of the experience that I believe is long term useful. Once the program is over, I might just go for regular accupressure tune ups if that’s recommended.
I’ve lost 50lbs since following his advice.
