SOMEONE AT THIS DRS OFFICE STOLE MY CREDIT CARD INFO AND TRIED TO USE IT…MIND YOU I DONT LIVE IN THE STATE..
THIS COMPANY ATTEMPTED TO MAKE (FRAUDLENT) CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD.
He isn’t a licensed medical doctor. Don’t be fooled by google reviews. Look up his actual medical background… Has no real medical education
Dr Berg is Highly knowledgeable but the products are over prices. Great products, but you can find similar products elsewhere for half the price.
I learned alot from his youtube videos , so I thought to purchase from him anyway. I tried to place an order on his website and noticed that on top of the already overpriced products , he was taxing the shipping and handling charges. Its a minuscule amount if you calculate it but it just irritated me on how greedy someone could be.
I called his office to notify them of their mistake immediately and was told that there is nothing they could do and if I wanted to items, I would have to pay up. How rude!
I went to Vitamin Shoppe and bought all the similar items at half the price. Thanks bad customer service! You saved me over $200.
Over the weekend I noticed at charge of $1026.79 on my bank statement. I have no idea who or what this company is nor did I allow this charge to happen. Whatever this company or doctor is, its fraudulent and it is stealing people’s banking information for their personal gain, interest, and your money. Talk about a QUACK!
I ordered two supplements the Cortisol support, but they no longer sold the item. I waited a couple days and called in only to find out my order was just sitting there. No one called to notify me. I had to keep calling to make sure my product was shipped. Their refund policy needs to be updated and also on the receipts
The customer service is terrible! They are careless and sloppy.
It seems many of the reviews are for his vids( which are helpful) but not too many on his actual business. smh Was not expecting this from Dr. Berg and his team,
I was looking for help from Dr. Berg. I had tried weight watchers unsuccessfully after having lost weight on it before. I believe there is something wrong keepingh me from losing weight. I eat good and am familiar with how to reduce calories, fat and sugar. All Dr. Berg did was put me on a low sugar diet(less than 30 carbs a day)…there ya go. Save yourself $2000 and go get a low carb diet book( Dr. Berg has a good one and you will get more guidance out of the book).
After the first session, which I insisted be with Dr. Berg I never even saw him again in the office. I went in for 6 sessions with one of his employees who claimed they were pressing on my organs. It was hokey and I never saw any benefit from these sessions. I also kept a low carb diet for 6 weeks and lost 5 lbs. Despite feeling frustrated, as a low carb diet is pretty restrictive, the staff couldn’t offer me any advice…just more of their branded vitamins.
I think you might get some benefit if you are they type of person who can’t just blend your own Kale shakes, with kale, real kale, and instead are looking for something you can buy. Dr. Berg’s staff will be happy to sell you Kale shake mix… Unfortunately after 6 weeks I felt the office was more trained to push their branded vitamins than actually give me any valid guidance on my diet.
It’s a scam… They will tell you anything to make the sale…
Terrible Service. Been almost a month and still have not received my products neither do they respond to any emails. Very dissapointing
OK, so I used to Groupon to get an appointment for a full evaluation and did not want to lose more than 10 pounds, so these factors may have affected my experience. Another disclaimer is that the support staff there were all very nice and professional, so no complaints there.
But it was basically a waste of 2.5 hours of my life. Imagine that 2 hours of that time was spent on waiting for Dr. Berg, about 25 minutes getting “tested” by the staff and maybe 2 minutes with the doctor, the other three minutes spent with a “master practitioner” whose only job was to read/describe my “meal plan” which was just to drink kale shake and don’t eat any carbs. Dr. Berg sat with me for two minutes – after my waiting for 2 hours – and told me that my tests showed that my hormones were out of whack and didn’t really explain anything else and brought in this “master practitioner.” They were in and out in just a few minutes and were like, “see you in a month!” to which I said, “No, thank you!” So I would have given them at least three stars, if the kale shake that I stepped away was good for me. I had actually been looking for a high-quality meal replacement shake. BUT NO – I have drank it twice now and it makes you hungry in 30 minutes. So it’s really NOT a meal replacement.
So – it was a waste of $79 and my precious time.
