Lettuce - as much as you can fit into your bowl

Feta Cheese - 4 oz.

Red Onion - 1/4 medium

Kalamata Olives - 10-12 each

Tomatoes - about 1/4 cup, this recipe used roma tomatoes

Red Wine Vinaigrette - 2 tablespoons

Parsley - for garnish



Chop vegetables!
