In a large skillet brown 19 ounces Italian pork sausage. Add 10 ounces cauliflower rice and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add 1 cup pizza sauce and spread evenly on top.

Arrange 1 ounce pepperoni on top of sauce.

Top skillet with ½ cup mozzarella cheese and ¼ cup Parmesan cheese and cook until cheese melted. Enjoy!
