Ingredients

  • 19 ounces Italian pork sausage
  • 10 ounces cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 ounce pepperoni sliced
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese shredded

Instructions

  • In a large skillet brown 19 ounces Italian pork sausage. Add 10 ounces cauliflower rice and sauté for 2 minutes.
