Keto Chicken Nuggets

- 2 cups / 280 g canned cooked chicken
- 1 cup / 237 g cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ cup / 28 g almond flour
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
In a bowl, put chicken, cream cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt and pepper, and almond flour. Mix until well combined.
Spray or coat a baking pan with oil, mold chicken mixture into small patties, and place evenly on the pan. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
