Keto Chicken Nuggets

TOTAL TIME: 20 minutes
SERVES: 6

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups / 280 g canned cooked chicken
  • 1 cup / 237 g cream cheese 
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup / 28 g almond flour

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F /  177 degrees C. 

  2. In a bowl, put chicken, cream cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt and pepper, and almond flour. Mix until well combined.

  3. Spray or coat a baking pan with oil, mold chicken mixture into small patties, and place evenly on the pan. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
