  • 1 egg large
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup almond flour

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F / 163 degrees C.
  • In bowl, put 2 cups chicken, 1 cup cream cheese, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste, and ¼ cup almond flour. Mix until well combined.
