Ketogenic Corn Bread


Corn is not suggested because of its carb count and because almost all corn is genetically modified.  However, this keto-friendly almond flour based "cornbread" is an awesome alternative!

Ketogenic Corn Bread

TOTAL TIME: 45 minutes


Almond Flour - 2 cups

Eggs - 4 large

Butter - 1/4 cup, melted

Baking Powder - 1/2 tablespoon

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Sour Cream - 1/2 cup

Stevia - 10-12 drops


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Bake in a cast iron or casserole dish for 35 minutes.
