Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees / 177 degrees C.
- Separate 3 eggs, egg yolks from egg whites.3 eggs
- With electric mixer, mix together 3 tablespoons cream cheese and egg yolks.3 tablespoons cream cheese
- In medium bowl, add egg whites and ยผ teaspoon cream of tartar.ย With electric mixer, mix egg whites until it peaks.ยยผ teaspoon cream of tartar
- Gently fold egg white "fluff" into egg yolk mixture.ย Do this in about three batches.ย
- On silicone baking mat or parchment paper, make buns.ย Get perfect circles by slowly adding mixture at center of each bun.
- Bake for 15 to 25 mins based on your oven.ย Let cool before you remove from baking tray.ย
