Keto Brownie Bombs

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 cup smooth almond butter
  • 2/3 cup dark cocoa powder
  • 5 Tbsp powdered monk fruit sweetener
  • ¼ tsp sea salt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Soften all ingredients and mix together in a medium bowl until smooth.  
  2. Refrigerate for 1 hour until the mixture sets up like fudge.
  3. Use a 1-ounce cookie scoop to scoop balls like truffles. You can dip cookie scoop into boiling hot water after you finish each ball to get a nice smooth surface on the next one.
