Keto Brownie Bombs

- 4 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 cup smooth almond butter
- 2/3 cup dark cocoa powder
- 5 Tbsp powdered monk fruit sweetener
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- Soften all ingredients and mix together in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour until the mixture sets up like fudge.
- Use a 1-ounce cookie scoop to scoop balls like truffles. You can dip cookie scoop into boiling hot water after you finish each ball to get a nice smooth surface on the next one.
