Chocolate Chia Smoothie
This smoothie contains frozen berries and kale. The unsweetened cocoa powder + stevia helps to add a yummy chocolate flavor. We used blackberries and raspberries because they have the lowest carb count, but if you need a sweeter flavor, try strawberries and blueberries - just make sure to not use too many because strawberries and blueberries have more carbs than blackberries and raspberries,
TOTAL TIME: 10 minutes
Frozen Berries - 1 cup
Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk - 1 cup
Chia Seeds - 1 tablespoon
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder - 1 tablespoon
Frozen Kale - 2 cups
Stevia - 6-8 drops
Add almond milk
Add unsweetned cocoa powder
Add chia seeds
Add kale and blend.
