Cut 1½ head cauliflower into small to medium florets. Chop ¼ cup marcona almonds.

Heat 2 avocado oil in deep fryer or sauce pot to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.

Working in batches, fry cauliflower until golden brown. Remove with slotted spoon and transfer to paper towel-lined plate. 1 teaspoon sea salt immediately while hot.

In large bowl, combine fried cauliflower, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon fresh parsley and 1 teaspoon fresh cilantro, and almonds. Toss gently to coat.

Spread tahini on serving plate. Top with cauliflower mixture and serve.
The herbs and lemon add a bright flavor to this delicious vegan-friendly fried cauliflower dish! Make sure you use non-GMO oil! Mix all of the flavors together and serve it on top of a smear of tahini.
