These Vegan Chia Seed Crackers are delicious and made with just four simple ingredients. They’re an easy, wholesome treat that pairs well with dips or stands on their own.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
  • In small bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon chia seeds and water. Let sit for 10 minutes, until it turns into gel-like consistency.

  • Mix together 1 cup almond flour, chia seeds, 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning and 1 tablespoon olive oil.  Knead into ball.

  • Between silicone baking mat and parchment paper, roll out dough very thin, about  inch thick.
  • With pizza cutter or knife, cut dough into square shapes.
  • Place baking sheet in oven, bake for about eight minutes.
  • Rotate baking tray in oven to ensure crackers bake evenly. Bake for 5 to 6 more minutes.
  • Serve with guacamole or hummus and enjoy!
