These Vegan Chia Seed Crackers are delicious and made with just four simple ingredients. They’re an easy, wholesome treat that pairs well with dips or stands on their own.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
- In small bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon chia seeds and water. Let sit for 10 minutes, until it turns into gel-like consistency.1 tablespoon chia seeds

- Between silicone baking mat and parchment paper, roll out dough very thin, about ⅛ inch thick.
- With pizza cutter or knife, cut dough into square shapes.
- Place baking sheet in oven, bake for about eight minutes.
- Rotate baking tray in oven to ensure crackers bake evenly. Bake for 5 to 6 more minutes.
- Serve with guacamole or hummus and enjoy!
