Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup everything bagel seasoning
  • ½ avocado large

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees / 218 degrees C.
  • Set up 3 bowls. One filled with ¼ cup olive oil, one filled with ½ cup almond flour, and one filled with ¼ cup everything bagel seasoning.

  • Cut ½ avocado into slices.

  • First, dip avocado into the flour, followed by dipping it into olive oil bowl.
  • Coat avocado with everything bagel mixture and place on rack.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes and serve with low-carb marinara sauce (optional).
These vegan baked avocado fries are delicious.  We used Everything Bagel Seasoning to add flavor to the almond flour breading, but feel free to add different spices to add your own creative flavors.
