Ingredients

For bagels:

  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 8 teaspoons psyllium husk powder
  • 3 eggs large

For sandwiches:

  • 1 turkey slice
  • spinach handfull

Instructions

  • Add 4 ounces cream cheese and 2 cups mozzarella cheese.
  • Melt down. Mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, mix 2 cups almond flour and 8 teaspoons psyllium husk.
  • Add 3 eggs, mix well.
  • Knead both mixtures together.
  • Add to molds or make into rolls.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  • Build your sandwiches with 1 turkey and spinach .
