Ingredients

For bagel:

  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 8 teaspoons psyllium husk powder
  • 3 eggs large

For filling:

  • 1 turkey slice
  • spinach handfull

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
  • In pan over medium heat, add 2 cups mozzarella cheese and 4 ounces cream cheese.

  • Melt down. Mix well.
  • In separate bowl, mix 2 cups almond flour and 8 teaspoons psyllium husk.

  • Add to bagel molds or make into rolls.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
