Add 3 ounces shredded beef to pan on medium heat. Cook on medium heat until it gets a little crispy. The fat from the beef should be enough to cook it in, but if you need more oil, then add a small amount of oil.

Chop ¼ cup onion, 1 tomato, ¼ cup bell pepper.

Mix together vegetables, 3 cups lettuce, and remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil.

Add beef, 2 tablespoons sour cream, 2 tablespoons cheese, and ½ avocado.
