In a food processor, pulse 1 ½ cups macadamia nuts, ¼ cup mixture of flax, chia, and hemp seeds, ½ cup peanut butter, ¼ cup coconut oil. You want the mixture to be a little lumpy.

Place mixture into a bowl, add 5-10 drops Stevia to taste.

Gently fold in shredded coconut. Place in refrigerator for about 30-45 mins until it’s firm enough that you can shape it.

Shape mixture in 10 balls (about a tablespoon each).

Refrigerator for another 15-20 mins.

Coat with more shredded coconut! Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
These little fat bombs are filled with healthy fats from nuts and seeds. If you need a quick breakfast, eat one of these with a kale shake!
