- In a food processor, pulse 1 ยฝ cups macadamia nuts, ยผ cup mixture of flax, chia, and hemp seeds, ยฝ cup peanut butter, ยผ cup coconut oil. ย You want the mixture to be a little lumpy.1 ยฝ cups macadamia nuts, ยผ cup mixture of flax, chia, and hemp seeds, ยฝ cup peanut butter, ยผ cup coconut oil
- Place mixture into a bowl, add 5-10 drops Stevia to taste.5-10 drops Stevia
- Gently fold in shredded coconut. Place in refrigerator for about 30-45 mins until itโs firm enough that you can shape it.ยฝ cup coconut
- Shape mixture in 10 balls (about a tablespoon each).
- Refrigerator for another 15-20 mins.
- Coat with more shredded coconut! ย Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
