Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups macadamia nuts whole
  • ¼ cup mixture of flax, chia, and hemp seeds ground
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup coconut shredded, unsweetened
  • 5-10 drops Stevia

Instructions

  • In a food processor, pulse 1 ½ cups macadamia nuts, ¼ cup mixture of flax, chia, and hemp seeds, ½ cup peanut butter, ¼ cup coconut oil.  You want the mixture to be a little lumpy.
  • Place mixture into a bowl, add 5-10 drops Stevia to taste.
  • Gently fold in shredded coconut. Place in refrigerator for about 30-45 mins until it’s firm enough that you can shape it.
  • Shape mixture in 10 balls (about a tablespoon each).
  • Refrigerator for another 15-20 mins.
  • Coat with more shredded coconut!  Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
These little fat bombs are filled with healthy fats from nuts and seeds.  If you need a quick breakfast, eat one of these with a kale shake!
