Instructions
- In food processor, pulse 1 ยฝ cups macadamia nuts, ยผ cup mixture of flax, chia, and hemp seeds, ยฝ cup peanut butter, ยผ cup coconut oil.1 ยฝ cups macadamia nuts, ยผ cup mixture of flax, chia, and hemp seeds, ยฝ cup peanut butter, ยผ cup coconut oil
- Place mixture into bowl, then add 8 drops stevia or to your taste.8 drops stevia
- Gently fold in ยฝ cup shredded coconut. Place in refrigerator for 30 to 45 minutes until firm enough to shape.ยฝ cup shredded coconut
- Shape mixture in 10 balls.
- Refrigerate for another 15 to 20 mins.
- Coat with more shredded coconut. Serve and enjoy!
