  • 6 ounces ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 3 ounces cheese
  • 2 cups pork rinds
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • Sear 6 ounces ground beeft at medium-high heat in 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • Once your meat is cooked thoroughly, add 2 tablespoons taco seasoning.
  • In casserole dish, build your nachos with 2 cups pork rinds, meat and 3 ounces cheese.
  • Bake in oven until cheese is melted.
  • Serve with toppings of your choice.
