In medium fry pan over medium-low heat, cook 2 ounces pepperoni for 5 to 8 minutes. Remove to paper towel to drain excess grease.

In bowl, mix 3½ ounces cream cheese, ¼ cup butter, and 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese, and 2 cloves garlic. Fold in cooked pepperoni.

Divide mixture into 6 equal-sized balls.

In separate bowl, combine 1 cup Parmesan cheese and 1 tablespoon chopped basil leaves. Roll one fat bomb at a time in the bowl to fully coat.
