- ¼ cup butter softened
- 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated

In medium fry pan over medium-low heat, cook 2 ounces pepperoni for 5 to 8 minutes. Transfer to paper towel–lined plate to drain any excess grease.
