Instructions
Chicken
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 204 degrees C.

- Dredge 4 chicken drumsticks and 4 chicken thighs in egg mixture, then in dry mix. Press to coat evenly.4 chicken drumsticks, 4 chicken thighs
- Place coated chicken on baking tray. Bake 15 to 18 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
Spicy mayo
- Mix ½ cup mayo and 1½ teaspoons hot sauce together.½ cup mayo, 1½ teaspoons hot sauce
- Drizzle spicy mayo sauce over cooked chicken.
- Serve and enjoy.
