Chicken

  • ¾ cup almond flour

Instructions

Chicken

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 204 degrees C.
  • In medium bowl, whisk 2 eggs and ½ cup heavy cream.

  • Dredge 4 chicken drumsticks and 4 chicken thighs in egg mixture, then in dry mix. Press to coat evenly.

  • Place coated chicken on baking tray. Bake 15 to 18 minutes, until golden and cooked through.

Spicy mayo

  • Mix ½ cup mayo and 1½ teaspoons hot sauce together.

  • Drizzle spicy mayo sauce over cooked chicken.
