Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degress C.
- In three large dishes, set up breading station for ¼ cup almond flour, 1 egg, and 1 cup pork rinds.1 egg, ¼ cup almond flour, 1 cup pork rinds
- Dip your 3 mozzarella cheese sticks into egg mixture.3 mozzarella cheese sticks
- Dip it into almond flour.
- Return to egg mixture.
- Finally, dip in ground pork rinds.
- Place in freezer for 15 mins on parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite berries or vegetables.
