Ingredients

  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 cup pork rinds ground
  • 3 mozzarella cheese sticks organic

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degress C.
  • In three large dishes, set up breading station for ¼ cup almond flour, 1 egg, and 1 cup pork rinds.

  • Dip 3 mozzarella cheese sticks first into egg mixture, then coat with almond flour and return to egg mixture. Finally, press into ground pork rinds.
